This platform is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that provides fitness and wellness studio owners with tools for class scheduling, online booking, client management, payment processing, and business analytics.
The Service is operated by NTELLIGENCE INSIGHT S.R.L. (the "Processor") and made available to studio operators ("Tenants") who in turn offer booking access to their end users ("Clients").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
To access the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that remain inactive for an extended period.
You must be at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
The Service is offered under tiered subscription plans. Current pricing is as follows:
All prices are in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable VAT, which will be added at checkout in accordance with the tax laws of your country of residence.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled.
New users are eligible for a 14-day free trial with full access to Professional Plan features. No payment information is required to start the trial.
At the end of the trial period, you may choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be downgraded and access to premium features will be restricted.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time without prior notice.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason. To exercise this right, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. an email).
If you have expressly consented to the provision of digital content during the withdrawal period and acknowledged the loss of the right of withdrawal, the 14-day cooling-off period may not apply to already-consumed digital services.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method as the original transaction within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (the General Data Protection Regulation — GDPR) and applicable national data protection laws.
The Data Controller for personal data collected through the Service is the Tenant (studio operator) who manages the booking platform. NTELLIGENCE INSIGHT S.R.L. acts as a Data Processor on behalf of the Tenant.
Personal data collected may include: name, email address, phone number, booking history, and payment information. This data is processed for the purposes of providing the Service, managing bookings, processing payments, and communicating with users.

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security of personal data, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, regular security audits, and access controls.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and the underlying code — are the exclusive property of NTELLIGENCE INSIGHT S.R.L. or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose during your active subscription. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, NTELLIGENCE INSIGHT S.R.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from or related to your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the national laws of the country in which the Data Controller (Tenant) is established.
For consumers residing in the EU, any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the consumer's place of residence, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1215/2012.
We encourage the use of the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform (https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) for the resolution of consumer disputes before resorting to judicial proceedings.
